Super clean facility and amazing customer service

The hotel is outdated and could use upgrades, but the water views just steps from the rooms are beautiful. The room was decently clean, though not very cozy. The bathroom was extremely small, barely fitting one person, and the rainfall shower may not be for everyone. A major downside is that the tinted windows are see-through from outside, requiring blinds to stay closed. On the positive side, the property has nice bars and pleasant outdoor seating by the pool and beach. The main restaurant served great food, and the daily happy hour (4–6 PM) was a highlight. There’s also a pier nearby ($2 fee) worth walking. During our early August stay, jellyfish were common near the shore—harmless to us, but some guests were stung. Parking is in a shared, ungated garage with broken elevators, so stairs are necessary. The location is convenient, with nearby restaurants and an easy drive to Destin (passing Crab Island on the way). Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would not return.

This property is in need of maintenance. The air conditioner was leaking in the floor, had to use the towels to keep it cleaned up. Carpet in the hall way was dirty. The breakfast was just fair.

Just stayed overnight after a long road trip. Good stay for the value, but the staff could have been friendlier. The breakfast attendant did not seem to want to be there. She was slamming closed the food containers and was reaching over me while I prepared my breakfast. No “excuse me” or patience while I finished.

great place to stay - very clean, great breakfast and in the afternoon/eve you can listen to music and grab a quick drink at the bar- pool area was outstanding.. on the 4th they brought popsickles out to everyone at the pool. had covered bbq grill area right by the pool. just overall awsome place
